Race, Racism, and Anti-Racism
Racism exists on four levels in our society: ideological, institutional, interpersonal, and internalized. Latinxs are not exempt from holding racist beliefs. We must unlearn commonly held racist beliefs and tendencies, and identify why we have accepted these beliefs up until this point. It is not enough to be not racist, this term is rooted in denial.
